Snow Globe Card Kit

I have a couple of bright and cheery cards to share with you today. They both feature items from the new Snow Globe Card Kit. The kit will be available Tuesday, September 19 at 9pm EST. You won't want to miss this one!

I decided to get out the Blending Tools and some Distress ink for these cards. I used Broken China and Tumbled Glass Distress Ink to create the bright sky. The snowflakes were all die-cut with one of the dies from the Scenic Snow Globe Die-namics. I used Picked Raspberry Distress Ink to color the house and the snowman's hat and scarf. The trees also got a dusting of Distress Ink.

I used the fabulous Dome Shaker Pouches on both cards. I LOVE these things! I filled each pouch with a bit of Diamond Dust. Here's a quick tip, go over the inside of your shaker pouch with a dryer sheet, and your glitter and sequins won't cling to the shaker pouch.

I stamped the sentiments from Snow Globe Sentiments on Kraft Card Stock.

Be sure to check out the MFT Blog to see all the gorgeous projects the rest of the design team created to share with you.
