Beach Scene

Thank you for joining me as we count down to the MFT release. We are five days away from the big day! All the new Stamps, Die-namics, and Stencils will be available on Tuesday, May 2 at 9:00 pm EDT. Be sure to check out the MFT Blog to see all the new items being revealed today. Don't forget to leave a comment on the MFT Blog countdown posts, YOU could win one of the five $75.00 gift vouchers.

I have a couple of cards to share with you today, they both feature the new Beach Scene Builder Die-namics. My first card is a sunset scene. I created the background with Distress Inks and a blending tool. The sand was created with sandpaper. If you haven't die-cut sandpaper before you are missing out! It adds great texture to a card.

For my next card I created a daytime card.  I used a number of Oxide Inks to create the sky, the sun, the ocean, and the palm tree. Once again the sand was created with sandpaper. The sentiment is from the new Mermazing Stamp Set.

Thanks so much for joining me today. Be sure to check out the MFT Blog to see all the gorgeous creations the design team has to share with you!
