It's Almost Time

All the new Stamps, Die-namics, and Stencils will be available on Tuesday, September 1 at 10:00pm EST. Be sure to check out the MFT Blog to see all the new items being revealed today. Don't forget to leave a comment on the MFT Blog countdown posts, YOU could win one of the five $75.00 gift vouchers.

I have a cool card to share with you today, it features the new New York Skyline Die-namics and an ombre sunset background. I die-cut the New York Skyline in Black Licorice and Silver Foil card stock. I placed the black card stock just slightly to the right of the silver card stock, this creates a cool looking shadow.

To create the background I grabbed a few yellow and orange Hybrid Inks and a couple Blending Tools and I got to work. I started with Lemon Chiffon and Daffodil Hybrid ink, I then blending in the Orange Fizz and Orange Zest ink. When creating an ombre effect it is important to take your time and blend, blend, blend the places that the different colours of ink meet.

Thanks for joining me again today and thank you all so much for all of the sweet comments. Be sure to check out the MFT Blog to see all the amazing creations the design team has to share with you today.
