I have two cards to share with you today. The first card features my favourite new background stamp, the Etched Flower Background. This stamp is seriously gorgeous! I stamped the image with Versamark Ink on watercolor card stock. I embossed the image with White embossing powder and I watercolored it using Zig Real Color Markers and a water brush. I paired the background with the fabulous Stitched Cover-Up Companion - Vertical Die-namics. This die is awesome! It provides a great frame and a place to stamp your sentiment. The sentiment is from the new Thanks so Very Much stamp set.
If you have followed my blog for awhile, you will know that the Pretty Poppies stamp sets is one of my favourites. To say that I am excited about this new, Delicate Pretty Poppies is an understatement. I LOVE that I can now watercolor these beautiful flowers.
I stamped the image on a piece of water color card stock with Black Licorice Hybrid Ink and I colored it with Zig Real Real Color markers. These stamps do co-ordinate with the previously released Poppies and Leaves Die-namics, but for this card, I choose to fussy cut the flowers instead of using the dies. I framed the poppy and the sentiment with the new Stitched Oval Frame Die-namics.
Be sure to check out the MFT Blog to see all the gorgeous creations the design team has to share with you today.
