Watercolour Wash

I had some fun the other day experimenting with the water-colour smooching technique. Today's card is one of the ones I created during that, messy and fun stamping session.  I grabbed three Premium Dye Ink Refills, Blueberry, Lavender Fields, and Limelight. I randomly dropped a few drops of the ink on a piece of acetate and then I spritzed the ink with water. The final step was to lay a piece of card stock on top of the acetate and smooch the ink and water. You never know exactly what you will see when you pick up the card stock. :)

Once the card stock was dry, I stamped a sentiment from the True Friends stamp set in Black Licorice Hybrid Ink. I finished off the card with a Stitched Rectangle Frame and a few fun hearts from the Staggered Hearts Border Die-namics.

On the inside of the card, I stamped another sentiment from the True Friends stamp set.
