Thank you for joining me as we count down to the next MFT release. We are six days away from the big day! All the new Stamps, Die-namics, and Stencils will be available on Tuesday, September 16th at 10:00pm EST. Be sure to check out the MFT Blog to see all the new items being revealed today. Don't forget to leave a comment on the MFT Blog Countdown posts, YOU could win one of the seven $75.00 gift vouchers.

I have a couple of projects to share with you today featuring the Class Act stamp set and Die-namics, the Lunchbox die, the Diamonds & Dots stamp set, and the Packed with Positivity stamp set.

I stamped the school girl on a piece of X-Press It card stock with Black Licorice Hybrid Ink and I coloured the image with Copics. The image was then cut out with the Class Act Die-namics. I always die-cut the image after I have coloured it. This may seem backwards to most of you, but I find that I am more careful about the die placement when I've taken the time to colour it. :)

The Class Act stamp set is full of fun accent stamps like the pile of books that I used here. I used the Diamonds & Dots stamp set for the background. The pattern really reminds me of a school uniform.

My next project features the sweet Laina Lamb Lunchbox Die-namics and Packed with Positivity stamp set. The lunchbox is so darn cute! It comes with all sorts of little pieces to make a fabulous retro lunch box.  The set includes a few slit dies so you can hide a little note inside the lunch box. I decided to make the lunchbox into an actual card.

For each card, I die-cut the lunchbox and placed it on a small card. The card base was cut at 5 3/4" x 3 1/2". I used the corner rounder on each of the corners so the card fit perfectly behind the lunch box.

The sentiments on the card are all from the Packed with Positivity stamp set.

Thanks so much for joining me today. Be sure to check out the MFT Blog to see all the fabulous creations the Design Team has to share with you.
