Congratulations

It's been a gorgeous sunny week here on Vancouver Island and while I love the sun, I must admit that it is cutting into my stamping time. I did manage to carve out a little time this weekend to participate in the Wednesday Stamp Club Sketch. I inked up the Beautiful Baby stamp set to create a sweet baby card for my stash.

I stamped the Spearmint card stock with the Sheet Music Background stamp and Spearmint Hybrid Ink. The sentiment was stamped in Versamark and embossed with white embossing powder. If you are going to emboss a sentiment over top of a stamped background, be sure to use an embossing buddy on your card stock before you stamp the sentiment.

I stamped the elephant from the Beautiful Baby stamp set in Grapesicle Hybrid Ink. For the background I used the Linen Background.

I kept the inside fairly simple, just a rattle and a few stars.

Don't forget to check out the MFT Blog to see all the gorgeous creations from the Design Team and MFT's fabulous friends.
